Abstract
The place and purpose of administrative documents in the system of organization are investigated. Based on the analysis of regulatory documentation, it was noted how design and content of a document affect the decision-making and management process in general. The issue of drawing up a document was considered, the main text category in regulatory documents and their impact on management process were determined.
