Abstract
The article reveals the stages and methods of studying implicit negative evaluation of the speaker in Modern English dialogical discourse. The author concludes that a step-by-step study of the phenomenon of implicit negative evaluation based on complex integrative methodology of the research provides a fundamental study of the phenomenon of dialogue interactions.
