Abstract
The article provides a typological analysis of the spatial explication of fatal existence in the novels “Waldshnepy” by M. Hkvyliovy and “Antic Hay” by A. Huxley. The key common point of the existential-space continuum of the works is rigidity and circularity of life, which excludes deliberate activity of man.
