Abstract
The article under consideration deals with A. F. Pisemskiy’s antihilistic fiction taking into account its genre and historical and literary context which to some extend predetermined its genre features. The emphasis is laid on belleslettres and adventure basis within antinihilistic novel’s artistic structure. The author of the article also deals with questions of combining different genre tendencies and including genre insertions into the novels.
