Abstract

The article focuses on outlining the landmarks of linguistic investigations of modern English digital fiction discourse. The paper defines the latter as a fiction discourse constructed in electronic environment by digital means. Modern English prosaic and poetic discourses are multilinear, multimodal, hybrid, mobile, interactive and characterized by reconceptualization and reformulation of textual roles.
