THE RECEPTION OF HISTORICAL PAST IN THE NOVELS BY M. SHOLOKHOV AND M. STELMAKH

Abstract

The article gives an attempt of comparative analysis of the reception of historical past in the novels written by M. Sholokhov and M. Stelmakh. The object of the research includes such works as «And Quiet Flows the Don» and «The Human’s Blood is Not Water», «Bread and salt». Such approach allows to analyse some peculiarities of characters’ formation and evolution.
