Abstract

The article deals with the concepts of „communication“ and „intercultural communication“, reveals the peculiarities of the formation of intercultural communication among students in the direction of preparation "Tourism" in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines. The importance of mastering the skills of intercultural communication in the training of tourism managers is emphasized. Factors that will effectively influence the formation of skills of intercultural communication are determined.
