Abstract

In the center of the article – calendar-ceremonial folklore of the Western Polissya, which saves information about
the cultural traditions of the region. The author draws conclusions based on characteristics such factors as localization
features, mannerisms (form and structure of the verse) and run-time, historical conditioning and specific of menage some
events calendar ritual folklore Western Polissya.
